Summary: We used the apartment as a base to visit family in Aiken. Comfortable for 4 people. Nice homely touches. Only complaint would be that if you need to use the sofa bed as we did (if you have a group of 5 or 6) then that room is very light in the mornings as there aren't blinds for all the windows but otherwise a very comfortable stay and very good value.

Summary: My family and I stayed here and it exceeded expectations. The beds were comfortable and the place was decorated in such a charming way. There was plenty of parking and the location was great as it was right in the downtown Aiken area; plenty of restaurants to walk to nearby. The host was very communicative and provided easy to follow instructions.
